With the help of experience and appreciation from the public, R.V.S. Medical Trust is started the R.V.S. Siddha Medical College, in B.S.M.S. (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery) affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and recognition by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (C.C.I.M.), New Delhi. It is the prestigious and one of the best, ranking meritorious Siddha System of Medical Institutions in the Global. The main objective of R.V.S. Trust is to enlighten the Siddha system of medicine and its need to all over the world.

As a first step in the field of education Sivaraj Naturopathy & Yoga Medical College was established in the year 1996 with intake of 40 seats per year, as a second step Sivaraj Homeopathy Medical College & Research Institute was established in the year 2001 with intake of 50 seats per year and as a crown of our Sivaraj Medical Colleges, Sivaraj Siddha Medical College was established as a first private Siddha Medical College in Tamil Nadu with 50 seats per year in 2009.

Velumailu Siddha Medical College has been well known as an outstanding institution imparting high quality education in Siddha.

Velumailu Siddha Medical College was established in 2001 by Dharma Medical Research and Charitable Trust. This prestigious college conducts a course leading to award of Bachelor's Degree in Siddha Medicine Surgery (BSMS). This five and half year’s course including one year of house surgency is recognized by Department of AYUSH, Govt. of India and approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine and affiliated to The T. N. Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.

Successful candidates are eligible to get 'A' class registration enabling them to practice Siddha anywhere in India. With the commencement of post graduate courses in Siddha, this institution is poised to take a giant leap in its stride for accomplishing the goal of providing the best siddha practitioners to the world. Presently 200 BSMS students are pursuing their studies. 120 Siddha doctors are successfully completed their studies and all are well placed in India and Abroad.

Velumailu Siddha Medical College is situated in a beautiful verdurous campus in Sriperumbudur - Newly developing Industrial area. It is situated on the Chennai-Bangalore high way well connected by Airport, Port, Railway station and nearby Sriperumbudur bus stand to facilitate. The campus environment is pollution free and peaceful with a relaxed atmosphere all conductive to healthy education.

VSMC is functioning in a separate Block, housing teaching departments, Laboratories, Museums, Lecture halls; computerized modern library is functioning in a separate block. A 150 bedded Hospital with OPD & IPD facilities, four VIP suits, deluxe rooms, general wards and a 24 hrs. Pharmacy helps the students to get a practical clinical training with good clinical exposure.

National Institute of Siddha is offering Post Graduate course in Siddha in six specialties, Ph.D. Programme and rendering health care services through Siddha Medicine. The qualified faculty of Siddha Medicine and inter disciplinary faculty are available for imparting a high level of education and a well-attended OPD / IPD with diagnostic laboratory facilities for enhancing the learning and acquiring knowledge and skills in clinical management. The students are deputed to reputed institutions for participating in training / seminar / workshop / conference on standardization of drugs, elemental analysis, preclinical studies, research methodology and biostatistics, career advancement training, general skills development etc. for enhancing their knowledge and skills.

NIS is in the process of infrastructure development for expansion of OPD/IPD services by constructing Ground floor with two additional floors building in our campus. It is also proposed to establish Pharmacy in the Amirtha Nagar, Chitlapakkam for catering the dispensary services of OPD/IPD wherein large number of patients are attending for health care services in Siddha medicine.

Being an apex institution for siddha, this institute leaves no stone unturned for the betterment of students in learning each specialty. Students are encouraged to undertake research work in addition to dissertation oriented work with prior approval of Head of Institution through HOD.

Those who seek treatment can avail consultation and treatment provided by Doctors free of charge except registration book charge as onetime payment. Payment ward is also available for availing treatment service. NIS is offering special health clinics for Geriatric, Cancer and Infertility related patients. Patients should adhere scrupulously Doctor’s prescription and visit NIS as per advice for prognosis.

Sri Sai Ram Medical College for Siddha, Ayurveda & Homoeopathy, Chennai was established in the year of 2001 by MJF. Ln. Leo Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust which is a non-profitable and non-minority institution. The College is functioning at its permanent building at Sai Leo Nagar. A sprawling campus of 200 acres is near to the well-known, tourist attraction "Kishkinta". The college buildings are architecturally designed and built as per the CCIM and CCH norms.

Imbedded with the message of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, he ventured into the realm of providing Quality Education to both urban and rural students from India and other neighbouring countries. He has to his credit various other enterprises such as real estate, industry and various educational institutions. The Sri Sai Ram Engineering College at Chennai, Sai Matriculation higher Secondary School at Madipakkam and Sri Sai Ram Polytechnic College at Sai Leo Nagar to provide a good training for diploma engineering.
